The consolidation phase is a separate scope from the initial audit. The audit report keeps the state of the project before intervention, then the corrections made and their results are documented separately.

Preparing a credible AI project for fundraising
A promising idea is not always enough to convince investors or funding organisations. The project must also demonstrate its feasibility, technical consistency, maturity level, risk management and ability to be actually developed.
AIzyNow can support the company up to a maturity level suited to the search for funding: architecture, proof of concept, prototype, documentation, roadmap, needs estimation and technical package.
AIzyNow does not guarantee that funding will be obtained. The mission aims to strengthen the feasibility, maturity and presentation of the project so that decision-makers can understand its foundations, risks and needs.

An assessment that takes regulatory frameworks into account
Each audit is carried out taking applicable regulatory frameworks into account, notably the AI Act and the GDPR, in order to identify gaps, risks and the measures needed for compliance.
Depending on the nature of the project, the analysis can also take into account sector-specific regulations, contractual requirements, internal governance policies and relevant technical standards.
Analyses carried out by AIzyNow are neither an official regulatory certification nor legal advice.

Optional legal validation
When the nature of the project justifies it, AIzyNow can recommend the intervention of a lawyer specialised in the relevant jurisdiction or sector.
This intervention is not mandatory and is never automatically integrated into the mission.

Your work, your data and your ideas remain yours
Missions can concern unpublished projects, proprietary architectures, research results, sensitive data, source code or strategic information related to funding.
Confidentiality and the protection of intellectual property are therefore an integral part of the scope of each mission.

I have been working for more than ten years on the design, experimentation and evaluation of artificial intelligence systems.
My journey with AIZYBRAIN has led me to design hybrid architectures, persistent memory mechanisms, metrics, ablation protocols, observability tools and test campaigns.

What is AIzyNow?
AIzyNow combines research in artificial intelligence, experimental programmes, methodological and technical audits, consolidation and delivery of AI projects.
What types of audit do you offer?
Missions can cover scientific methodology, technical architecture, strategic due diligence, governance, regulatory preparation or documentary prior-art analysis.
Can you fix or deliver the project after the audit?
Yes. Correction, consolidation, prototyping and documentary production constitute a distinct phase, with a scope and deliverables defined separately.
Can you prepare a project for fundraising?
Yes. AIzyNow can consolidate the project, build or improve its prototype, document its feasibility and prepare the technical material needed for its presentation to funders. Obtaining funding cannot be guaranteed.
Is an AIzyNow audit an AI Act certification?
No. The audit identifies gaps, risks and the measures needed to prepare for compliance. It does not replace an official certification or legal advice.
Is legal validation mandatory?
No. It is optional, engaged only with the client's prior agreement and invoiced directly and separately by the law firm involved.
Are missions available internationally?
Yes. Audits and support missions can be carried out remotely in French or English. When the project falls under a foreign regulation, local validation can be offered as a complement.
